Healthy Mindset Habits: We are introducing the new expansion of our brand
Written by Joe Montemorano
1. How do I develop a healthy mindset?
2. Why is it important to have one?
3. What can I do to develop a healthy mindset?
4. What is the mind and body connection and why is it important to understand?
These are some questions many of us have and so in this blog, I wanted to highlight a recent guest interview I hosted with Dr. Tracey C. Jones MBA, Ph.D. In this interview, I had the distinct pleasure of spending 20 minutes chatting with this amazing speaker, author, publisher, online course instructor, veteran, and awesome child of God.

When searching for some content from her father, Charlie "Tremendous" Jones, for my new video series Healthy Mindset Habits on our YouTube Channel, I came across Tracey's website and her huge selection of motivational and leadership content.
I discovered she inventoried her father's classic books and also many books from other iconic inspirational self-help and motivational authors that her Dad promoted during his many years as an international speaker. Tracey carried forward her father's legacy and has truly gone "beyond Tremendous". She has authored 12 books some of which she created while completing her doctorate thesis. She is a chip of the old block and then some!
Briefly, before we explain more about the outstanding books and media content Tracey can offer us, here is a little bit about us and RxHealthyHabits. My wife, Elizabeth, and I started RxHealthyHabits to teach people (with video and blog content) how to get to a normal weight and keep it off with lifelong habits that lead to optimal health and well-being. We believe, as pharmacists, that most people need to learn and lean into developing "self-health care" (getting to normal weight and keeping it off with diet and exercise) versus only relying on "sick care" (medical and pharmaceutical therapies).
Modern medicine and pharmaceuticals are miraculous and vital in helping people regain their health. We are proud of our role as pharmacists and have served patients for over 38 years. We believe we save lives by dispensing these powerful medications. We both needed these medications during our own lifetime to treat life-threatening acute infections and chronic autoimmune diseases.

However, we believe it's vital that people also do everything in their power to stay healthy through their actions, choices, and accountability. Simply following a handful of common sense habits of health you can create transformative optimal health on life's journey and live a better quantity and quality of life. Why not live life to the fullest and not be restricted by health issues that in some cases you can prevent? It's not always possible to avoid illness. We know this all too well. However, for the majority of Americans many of the disease states we suffer from can be reduced or mitigated. The adage- "If you got your health you got everything" is certainly true. No doubt about it.

But why not develop a healthy mind as well as a healthy body? Many experts have documented the importance of the mind-body connection so we decided to seek out experts to share their well-researched, outlined, and professionally explained content on healthy mindset habits so we could pass it to our RxHealthyHabits "family". Tracey Jones is one of the experts we chose first and I am sure after watching the interview and clicking on the link to her Tremendous Leadership website below you will agree we made a great choice!
We are here to answer any of your questions on how RxHealthyHabits can help you reach a normal weight, keep it off, and optimize your health to a level you did not think was possible for you any longer due to your age or physical condition.
If you want to reach Tracey about her materials or what you need to do for a healthy mindset just click on the link on to her website for a 30-minute discovery call.
